Job Description
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within the install base. Work closely with our project execution and service teams to strategically position our solutions and services to existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Cultivate a network of contacts within the industry, attending relevant conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Understand client needs and requirements through effective discovery processes. Provide tailored sustainability and digital solutions, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions and services. Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals that meet client expectations.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Conduct negotiations with clients, addressing concerns, objections, and contract terms. Close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
