BIM ARCHITECT

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for architectural projects.
• Work with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and coordinated BIM models.
• Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of BIM models and drawings.
• Assist in managing project timelines deliverables and client requirements.
• Utilize BIM software (e.g. Revit ArchiCAD) effectively to produce design documentation.
• Ensure BIM models adhere to industry standards and project specifications.
• Address and resolve issues related to model coordination and integration.

Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience with BIM software and architectural design.
• Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g. Revit Navisworks) and understanding of architectural and construction processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in model creation and documentation.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to identify and address model coordination issues and design conflicts.
• Experience in managing project timelines and deliverables is a plus.
