Lead strategic projects at the emirate or UAE level that will benefit the city community and/or country. Foster + lead by example a culture of sharing best-in-class projects with a wider team for reapplication, highlighting strong planning & execution skills.
Mentor and support your juniors in understanding and achieving key performance indicators and company objectives.
Conduct business reviews with assigned top-tier love brands + local accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships that result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability, and market share
