Duties and Responsibilities
• Work with the HR Director to design and implement an effective workforce panning program that meets all business requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment process and ensure a fair and transparent recruitment process for candidates.
• Build good relations and manage performance of our staffing agents, attending supplier audits overseas, as and when required. Ensure supplier agreements are in place and managing any costs associated with this.
• Ensure new employees have a positive onboarding and induction process.
• Create and maintain an up-to-date register of all onshore and offshore employees.
• Creates employee files for all Onshore and Offshore employees.
