Warehouse Manager

Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of cosmetics products.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures to optimize space utilization, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Manage import/export processes for cosmetics products, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, and trade laws.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for international shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.
• Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations and advise management on potential impacts on business operations.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other third-party logistics providers to facilitate smooth customs clearance and transportation of goods.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and targets.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse personnel on best practices for inventory management, handling procedures, and safety protocols.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure high standards of performance and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in warehouse operations and import/export processes.
• Implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
