Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide IT and audiovisual (AV) support, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV equipment such as projectors, displays, audio systems, video conferencing devices, and Home Automation. • Respond to service calls and perform new installations of AV equipment as directed by management. • Support outdoor events and be available for on-call/after-hours service for AV-related issues. • Prepare As-built BOQ and drawings, maintain operation manuals, and update system records for AV installations. • Conduct regular maintenance visits, adhere to industry standards for maintenance checklists for AV systems, and report spare parts requirements.
