Show Technician

What you will do:

Show Support:

• Perform repairs, corrective, and preventative maintenance on plant and equipment.
• Support operations of shows, special events, and handle warehouse, logistics, and transport tasks.
  

Show Operation:

• Build and modify in-house turnkey equipment and operate shows as scheduled.
• Support production team with technical elements for multimedia shows, live events, and assist in programming.
  

Safety:

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain health and safety records.
  

Administrative:

• Maintain technical documentation and checklists.
  

Required Skills to be successful:

Minimum Experience:

• 3 years extensive Repair and Maintenance experience or live entertainment experience preferably in an appropriate fast paced environment.
  

Job-Specific Skills:

• Able to work at height (up to 15 metres )

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Trade School Diploma, Mechanical, Electrical or Welding
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Reasonable computer skills - MS Office
