Job Description

  • Coordinating and scheduling internal/external meetings including agenda preparation, meeting materials preparation, and logistics management
  • Maintaining calendars ensuring consistency between global and local schedules
  • Facilitating smooth setup and running of client meetings in global offices
  • Managing travel and hotel bookings in adherence to company policy
  • Processing expense reports through the Concur system and tracking managers’ expenses until reimbursement
  • Filing and organising administrative paperwork
  • Handling invoicing tasks

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant role brings at least three years of experience in a similar position. You are highly organised with effective time management skills and meticulous attention to detail. Your proficiency in using computer systems and technological tools will be essential in this role. You possess above-average interpersonal communication skills which enable you to work effectively with others. A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail is key for success in this role.

  • At least three years of relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Preferably experience gained from Financial Services industry
  • Highly organised with effective time management skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and technological tools
  • Above-average interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
