Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on both new and ongoing projects within the Technology & Transformation department, with a global scope. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering business analysis capabilities, ensuring requirements are accurately captured, analysed, documented, and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.

The successful Business Analyst will bring a wealth of experience and will have worked on at least five projects in a Business Analyst capacity. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Your excellent documentation skills, with an emphasis on quality control activities before sign-off, will be crucial in this role and you will also possess strong analytical skills, particularly in relation to process, data, and systems. Your ability to interpret customer/business needs and translate them into requirements will be key to your success in this role.

• Experience working on a minimum of 5 projects in a Business Analyst capacity
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent documentation skills with emphasis on applying quality control activities before sign-off
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in relation to process, data, and systems with strong attention to detail
• Understanding of how to interpret customer/business needs and translate them into requirements
• Experience in process diagrams (UML modelling, BPMN)
• Competency with MS Office 365 suite of application (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc)
• Knowledge in Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) and Lucidchart
• Good understanding of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies
