Chief Finance Officer

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.

MBA or CPA is highly desirable.

At least 1015 years of progressively responsible financial experience.

Proven experience as CFO finance officer or relevant role in a similar organization.

Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

Experience in strategic planning and execution.

Excellent analytical and decisionmaking abilities.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Indepth knowledge of corporate financial principles and best practices.

Requirements

Oversee the preparation of financial reports budgets forecasts and financial statements.

Manage the companys financial planning and strategy.

Conduct financial risk management activities and financial performance analysis.

Develop and implement the companys annual budget and financial planning processes.

Monitor and manage the companys financial performance against the budget.

Provide financial forecasting and strategic planning recommendations to the executive team

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders including the Board of Directors investors and regulatory bodies.

Oversee internal and external audits and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
