Job Description
Nationalities: South American or Eastern European
Past experience: highend waitstaff customer service
JD: assisting highest tier of members with anything and everything including: simulator bookings F&B orders
Job description:
- Build and maintain a warm relationship with each and everyone of our 100 platinum members (knowing their name their work their hobbies etc.)
- Greet and assist members upon entrance take their orders and make them feel "at home" at the club
- Support members with any and all queries including but not limited to: F&B orders simulator rentals restaurant reservations taxi pickup event bookings etc.
- Provide waitstaff services to members and their guests in the Platinum Members Lounge
- Serve as the "face of Platinum membership" for members for all things related to troubleshooting recommendations and requests
- Provide site tours and field membership queries
- Support hosting corporate and platinum member events when necessary
assisting highest tier of members with anything and everything, including: simulator bookings, F&B orders
