Job Description

About Our Client:

A premier holiday home company in Dubai that offers a diverse range of luxury properties and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of property management.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead a team and drive company revenue growth. In this capacity you will be in charge of overseeing all aspects of the companys operations ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and meeting the companys financial and operational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality management exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the Dubai holiday home industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of all holiday home properties
  • Ensure that the properties are wellmaintained and meet the companys quality standards
  • Implement effective processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop and manage the companys budget and financial strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships through acquisitions and strategic partnerships
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing clients
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to holiday home operations are met and followed
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in holiday homes as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role is required
  • Proficient in property management software and other relevant technologies
  • Strong knowledge of the local holiday home market and regulatory environment is essential
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus
