Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with chronic pain conditions
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs
• Performing interventional procedures to alleviate pain and improve function
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive pain management
• Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
• Staying current with advancements in pain medicine and incorporating evidence-based practices into patient care
  

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine
• Valid state medical license
• Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and managing chronic pain conditions
• Expertise in interventional pain management techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented and excellent documentation skills
