Job Description
Our client a prominent project management and real estate firm that specializes in providing comprehensive property services to clients globally is looking for a Chinese Property Consultant. In this position you will be in charge of aiding clients in finding and purchasing properties that fit their requirements and investment goals.
A successful applicant for this role must have at least 2 years of sales experience in the real estate industry preferably with a focus on the Chinese market as well as an extensive understanding of the local real estate market and property laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists clients with property transactions including purchases leases and sales
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties
- Prepare and present property offers to clients and negotiate the terms of sale
- Follow up with clients postsale to ensure client satisfaction and maintain longterm client retention
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities
- Stay uptodate on current real estate market trends
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years experience in real estate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English are essential
- Exceptional negotiation and sales skills with the ability to work with clients from various cultural backgrounds
