Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements deadlines and schedules.

Facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement Daily Standup Iteration / Release Planning Showcases/Sprint Review Retrospective.

Provide subject matter expertise in specific functional area(s) for assigned Scrum team.

Work with product managers and epic owners to develop business cases as required.

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and delegate project tasks based on junior staff

members individual strengths skill sets and experience levels.

Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals.

Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as internal stakeholders.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Examine the progress of the work and maintain the plans of the project to make sure that the results obtained are as per the standards of the project.

Coordinating the development of user manuals training materials and other commercialization activities as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.

Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Preparing status reports by gathering analysing and summarizing relevant information.
