Roles & Responsibilities
Handling of existing customers and development of new customers.
Achieving set budget in terms of Sales revenue and GP.
Maintains a high level of quality interaction with customers to develop and maintain good relationships with customers and develop new customers.
Sell Parts and upselling accessories to customers.
Promote parts awareness campaign, monthly offers, product groups and specification changes are cascaded to all parts sales staff.
Follows up with a call, as the basis of building a long-term relationship with customers.
Ensures accurate customer information, updates/records all the necessary information in Autoline.
