Job Description
Monitors the Procurement and delivery of Project Materials and Free Issue Materials
• Management of measurement logs
• Interim valuations and payment certificates
• Variations analysis, recommendations and management.
• Prepares of progress/ quantity reports
• Monitors Subcontractors Progress and Measurement
• Experience with utilizing various forms of contract and contract administration support
• Reports to Senior Quantity Surveyor on all commercial issues
• Attendance and representation at commercial meetings
• Captures lessons learned and use in improving various tools and processes to improve the approach in delivering projects.
• Ensures compliance with Denholm YAM Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Systems
