Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and deliver HSE training programs to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Create and conduct training sessions for valet parking staff, focusing on customer service, vehicle handling, and safety protocols.
Assess training needs, customize training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Maintain training records and ensure all programs meet legal and regulatory requirements.
