Job Title: EHS Supervisor (Telecom industry)

Location: Onsite Dubai

Package: 4000 AED per month

Job Summary:

The EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) Supervisor is responsible for ensuring adherence to safety health and environmental policies and procedures at XAD Technologies Dubai location. The role involves implementing safety programs conducting audits and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety Management:
   • Develop implement and maintain EHS policies and procedures.
   • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
   • Investigate accidents incidents and nearmisses; implement corrective actions.
2. Training and Education:
   • Provide EHS training to employees and contractors.
   • Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks.
   • Ensure staff awareness of safety protocols and procedures.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
   • Ensure compliance with local state and federal EHS regulations.
   • Maintain EHS records and documentation.
   • Prepare and submit required EHS reports.
4. Risk Assessment:
   • Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments.
   • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
   • Monitor and review risk management activities.
5. Emergency Preparedness:
   • Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
   • Coordinate emergency drills and ensure readiness.
   • Act as the point of contact during emergency situations.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for EHS improvements and implement changes.
   • Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
   • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in EHS practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in an EHS role.
• Indepth knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and safety meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Certification in NEBOSH IOSH or equivalent is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Indian nationality with own visa in UAE.

Package:
