- Strong business acumen and commercial skills to drive the Analytics and Reporting function along with strategy across a broad array of all Supply Chain Services portfolios
- Strong negotiator and influencer capable of driving alignment with key senior stakeholders and leaders
- Extensive knowledge of the Analytical and Reporting landscape and key suppliers, with deep understanding of relevant offerings to drive forward automated insights and actions
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders
- The ability to analyze complex data sets to extract insights, trends, and patterns that can guide strategic decision-making
