Strategic Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to align various business functions, projects, or systems with organizational goals.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects or initiatives, ensuring that they align with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.

Integration of Systems and Processes:
- Oversee the integration of new processes, systems, or technologies into existing operations.
- Collaborate with various departments, including IT, operations, and engineering, to ensure the seamless integration of new systems.
- Ensure that all integrated systems work cohesively and effectively, with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Project and Resource Management:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that deadlines are met.
- Work closely with project managers to monitor progress, identify any potential roadblocks, and provide solutions to keep the project on track.
- Manage resource planning to ensure that personnel, equipment, and budgets are efficiently allocated and used.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed of project progress, challenges, and changes.
- Provide regular updates to senior management, clients, or stakeholders on the status of planning and integration efforts.
- Manage expectations and ensure that the goals and requirements of stakeholders are understood and met.

Risk Management and Problem Solving:
- Identify potential risks and issues related to project planning and integration, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address any issues that arise during the integration or planning phases to prevent delays or disruptions.
- Provide solutions to complex problems related to resource constraints, budget overruns, or timeline delays.

Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Implement changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project planning and integration activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging innovation and new ideas.

Budget and Financial Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that planning and integration activities are completed within financial constraints.
- Monitor and control expenditures, track costs, and adjust budgets as necessary.
- Ensure that cost-saving measures are implemented without compromising quality or project outcomes.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and manage a team of planners, integrators, and other staff members, providing guidance, support, and direction.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, ensuring that all team members are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Mentor and train team members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers.

Desired candidate profile
Focal point for leading baseline of EPC level schedule.
Acts as a schedule integrator for engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning.
Provide leadership role on the project planning and scheduling activities.
Plan, manage and supervise the Project Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring activities of the project.
Monitor the performance of the EPC Contractors on the major/complex high value Capital Projects.
- QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent
Minimum Experience
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- 20 years of experience associated with Projects and/or Contracts including at least 10 years’ experience in planning engineering including at least 8 years of experience Planning, scheduling / Project Controls activities in the EPC organization in Oil, Gas or Petrochemical industry. Must have 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Must have experience in LNG projects.
