Job Description
- Provides full administrative support activities for Marketing department including the handling, preparation and writing of correspondence, establishment, and maintenance of various filing / records / database, tracing pending issues and following up as appropriate and organizing appointments and meetings.
- Liaise with the Marketing team in relation to necessarily follow up on queries, deadlines, request, and special activations.
- Coordinates media and influencers visits, including the preparation of all required collaterals.
- Assist in organization and execution of photoshoot on the resort.
- Assist in execution of required digital and social media activity.
- Assist in execution of media schedules for all advertising.
- Accomplish a set of administrative duties such as attending meetings, conducting site inspections, compiling contracts, writing reports, maintaining a logbook of activities and other specific duties related to the role.
- Acts with a degree of independence as liaison with both internal and external clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Marketing and Communication.
