You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Human Resources Admin is responsible for handling reception log and area, ensuring colleagues’ are attended in a timely matter, personal files are up to date and assisting with HR processes in general. You will also coordinate with bank representatives to ensure forms are completed fully and ready for the resort orientation and assist with the onboarding process for all new employees.
About You
The successful candidate will preferably have a minimum of 1-2 years’ hospitality experience within a 5* resort or hotel. You will also preferably have a bachelor’s degree in HR and be fully proficient with Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel. You will also be personable, friendly, tentative, and empathetic to our employees’ needs, and be professional and well groomed. You will also have great organisation skills and excellent communication, both written and spoken.
