- Provide strategic Human Resources support to all hotels to ensure the application of proactive Human Resources policies and practices.
- Develop, implement and review HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Maintain and develop core HR IT systems, specifically contributing to the development and simplification of current systems and practices.
- Prepare and analyse HR payroll metric, statistical data and reports to support current practices.
- Carry out system administration activities - e.g. system maintenance, testing, data checks and fault-finding
- Work closely with developers to enhance HR systems and continuously improve information management.
- Develop and adapt training materials for new and existing systems.
- Monitor and evaluate all Human Resources activities to ensure the needs of the business are met and help to identify and implement processes for change in order to improve the design and implementation of initiatives or procedures.
- Compile monthly reports, projects and surveys from properties to provide information to the Corporate Vice President – Human Resources in order to assess operational requirements.
- Process and co-ordinate resources and systems to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Assist the Corporate Vice President – Human Resources in developing and managing Human Resources guidelines and functions and re-assess, review and upgrade schemes and policies to enable the company to stay competitive.
- Initiate, coordinate and develop special projects to be submitted to the Corporate Vice President - Human Resources in order to make appropriate operational assessments.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should have a minimum of three years experience in an HR Leadership role with multi-property responsibility. You must be tech-savvy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and excellent English communication skills. Arabic speaking would be an advantage. Additionally, the right candidate has an immaculate personal presentation, high flexibility to travel and a great aptitude on guiding Senior Managers. Previous gulf experiences are preferred and a track record of career progress and stability is essential.
