- Organize and set up preventive maintenance programmes for all electrical and mechanical equipment, including general building works
- Supervise maintenance employees and contractors who are carrying out minor building work, electrical and mechanical installations
- Write specifications for all electrical, mechanical and associated building works, complying with the local government regulations
- Decide and agree with the Director of Engineering on the priorities of all electrical and mechanical projects
- Advise and inform the Director of Engineering on any health and safety matters relating to the electricity and work regulations
- Liaise with the local government authorities when necessary
- Oversee the general maintenance of all life safety systems throughout the hotel and report any major defects to the Director of Engineering

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should be holding a degree in mechanical and electrical engineering and should have at least three years experiences in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. A good command of written and spoken English and the ability to find fault and rectify subsystems are essentials.
