Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:

    • Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders quotations and invoices.
    • Coordinate with clients to ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.
    • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence related to sales inquiries.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for the sales team.
    • Prepare sales reports presentations and other documents as required.
  • Coordination:

    • Liaise with other departments (logistics finance customer service) to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
    • Track and follow up on sales leads and opportunities to support the sales team in achieving their targets.
  • Customer Service:

    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving any issues promptly.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education:

    • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a sales administrative or coordination role within the construction or tile industry in Dubai.
    • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM software.
  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Other Requirements:

    • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
