Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and oversee influencer strategies and manage social media campaigns.
  • Lead high-quality, targeted content creation across various platforms.
  • Develop creative content aligned with the company brand persona
  • Define goals, measure ROI, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Oversee community growth and engagement and monitor analytics.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistent in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Engage in community management, including interaction with followers, timely responses to inquiries, and review monitoring.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand voice across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Research and stay ahead of social media trends, audience preferences, technologies, and benchmark trends.
  • Direct the creative team in designing impactful posts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects.
  • Identify creative and unique marketing opportunities.
  • Handle agency partnerships.
  • Manage and mentor junior social media staff.
  • Contribute to developing and executing work as required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and strategy execution (6 - 8 Years Experience).
  • Expertise in content creation, platform-specific best practices, and audience analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in ROI and metrics analysis.
  • Proven ability to align work with the brand persona
  • Proven ability to align work with the brand guidelines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with current design tools and social media trends.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt.
  • Leadership experience, including managing team members and external partners.
  • Bilingual (Arabic, English)
  • E-commerce or technology apps work experience
