Scheduling Tasks • Develop simulator, instructor, classroom & client schedules based on input/reservations received from sales and liaise with Training Managers / Lead Instructors to publish the respective rosters for instructors and customers • To be able to handle training department/planning and scheduling tasks in the absence of staff member Efficient Use of Resources • Use discretionary judgment to schedule Instructor and Simulator resources for maximum productivity and advise the Training Managers / Lead Instructors when limitations are encountered • Exercise independent judgment in determining and assigning instructor resources to accomplish instructor training, client training, demonstrations, simulator certification and maintenance requirements
