Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Education or 1st degree + PGCE is essential (as per ADEK criteria).
A Master’s degree, NPQML or NPQSL, or international equivalent, qualification is desirable but not essential.
Minimum Experience:
As per ADEK, a minimum of 6 years of teaching experience, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role.
Line/Performance Management or leading a curriculum project/team and proven experience in improving instruction experience is required
