- Provide strategic support to the Deputy Heads in leading and overseeing critical areas such as curriculum development, instructional excellence, student support, inclusion, operations, and resource management.
- Collaborate with department heads, subject coordinators, and teaching staff to enhance curriculum design, assessment practices, and instructional methodologies.
- Analyse data to inform decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and monitor the effectiveness of interventions and initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student well-being, social-emotional learning, and personal growth.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational plans to ensure efficient and effective school operations.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents, community organisations, and external stakeholders.
- Provide instructional leadership, coaching, and professional development opportunities for teachers.
- Participate in the school's self-evaluation process and contribute to the development of improvement plans.
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in an educational setting as a Middle Leader or above, with a deep understanding of curriculum, instruction, and student support services, high standards of safeguarding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for educational excellence.
- Relevant teaching qualifications and experience.
