Require the creation of the existing of the talent management department's policies and framework documentation.
Strong time management skills, excellent communication skills, an upbeat attitude, keen interest in learning and self development, compassion to help others, the ability to find ways to work smart, and the resilience to deliver quality work in a diverse fast-paced and cross-functionally collaborative environment.
Requirement:
Graduate and/or diploma in any relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in Data and Document Management and Technical Writing
Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking)
