Data Governance Manager

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive data governance policies and procedures.
• Lead the development and execution of data cleansing and standardisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to identify data management requirements and best practices.
• Monitor and assess data quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Educate and train employees on data governance policies and procedures.
• Stay up to date on evolving data governance regulations and best practices.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track data quality and compliance progress.
• Work with IT and other departments to ensure the technical infrastructure supports data quality initiatives
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Over 6 years' experience in data governance, data quality management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices (e.g., data lineage, data ownership, data security).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address data quality issues.
• Proven ability to develop and document clear, concise policies and procedures.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
