Renewal Manager

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their renewal needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Coordinate and facilitate the renewal process, including documentation, payments, and compliance requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on renewal options, packages, and additional services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and optimize the renewal process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and renewal activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, Sales, or related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management, preferably in the business setup industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
