Key Responsibilities:
Support agents and brokers in managing real estate transactions and maintaining documentation.
Schedule and coordinate property viewings, meetings, and inspections, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings on various real estate portals.
Manage client data in the company’s CRM system and ensure all interactions are logged accurately.
Provide administrative support including drafting correspondence, data entry, and responding to client inquiries.
Actively make calls to property owners to source new listings and identify potential sales or leasing opportunities.
