Cluster Director of Instruction - Viya Golf Abu Dhabi

Job Description Responsible for leading the three golf academy business units from a leadership, strategic, positioning, philosophy and commercial capacity. Further to this, the role will be hybrid in that it is expected to provide elite / premium golf instruction – in addition to said leadership and performance management duties. To make a major contribution to the growth of the game in Abu Dhabi, along with driving a commercially successful department. Develops and builds a professional guest and members relationship, regularly reviews and evaluates customer feedback in each outlet to recommend new operating procedures or products, endeavoring to continually improve and exceed customer expectations. Presents findings at monthly ‘feedback’ meetings.
