looking for a talented Lead interior designer with experience in residential plots (ideally working on real estate development projects) and strong background of concept storytelling

Job description:

• Minimum 810 years of experience
• Candidate must have experience in Residential projects (experience with Lead Design Consultants is a ).
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to work closely with clients
• Must have knowledge in managing a team of interior designers 3d visualiser CAD operator
• Must have knowledge in coordinating with subconsultants (MEP architectural) and to defend the interior design discipline.
• Must be able to create strong concept stories draw plans and review all sets of drawings of the team onboard
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Adobe suite
• Excellent time management skills
• Coordinating with Interior design team creative director and client.
• Candidate must be strong in concepts designs sketches is a plus
• Candidate must have knowledge on full set of plans from Concept to IFC FF&E suppliers (wall finishes & textures floor finishes FF&E acoustic ceilings etc..
