Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed review of cost estimates and prepared tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to establish clear project budgets and timelines, facilitating efficient project execution.
Monitor and control project costs meticulously, including tracking expenses, variations, and change orders, to ensure financial objectives are met.
Review and certify interim payments.
Provide stakeholders with precise financial reports and forecasts regularly.
