Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs and Quotes
- Able to obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors
- Able to calculate measurements and dimensions
- Able to read architectural and construction drawings
- Prepare calculations and formulas for project BOQ.
- Able to establish relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate tasks with other employees/departments.
Candidate requirements and skills:
- Minimum 2 years proven working experience in UAE in preparing BOQs in construction landscaping or similar industries.
- Full knowledge in design software: Microsoft office
- Basic knowledge in Autocad and Sketchup for quantity measurements
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Fluent in English is a must (spoken and written).
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: AED3000.00 AED3500.00 per month
Experience:
- working experience in UAE in preparing BOQs in construction: 2 years (Required)
- knowledge in design software: Microsoft office: 1 year (Required)
