About the role:
As a PM II in the Customer Experience team you will be responsible to execute on the vision and strategy for Careems everything app experience impacting how users see Careem on a day to day basis. This involves building products to improve customer activation and deepening engagement on the platform while also facilitating growth of the platform. This role will involve rapid experimentation to identify the right recommendations and experiences for Careems customers and build the most engaging journey while also keeping the business objectives in mind.
This role requires a blend of customer first thinking technical acumen distinctive communication and collaboration; as well as willingness to dive deep into the details to facilitate seamless execution. Working across all areas of the company you will serve as an internal between engineering design operations and research. Qualifications:
3 years of Product management experience in customerfacing B2B or SaaS products on a global scale across a mix of 0 to 1 products and scaling growth
Technical background preferred experience with building SaaS products and techenabled products (developer portals APIs) is a plus
