Currently hiring for Administration for an Ecommerce restaurant reservation platform which is a dynamic international company with an enthusiastic working environment. As part of their organic growth in the GCC we seek an:
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Supervise administrative responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage business admin and correspondence (email letters packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel financial and other accounting data such as purchases invoicing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office administrator office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
