Job Description
Our client a leading investment development company with a diverse real estate portfolio is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a team of leasing and property management executives.
A successful candidate will have extensive UAE experience in strategic Property Management/Portfolio Optimazation and Leasing with a focus on operational efficiency and indepth knowledge of the Dubai property and the ability to oversee and support Facilities Management processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee leasing and managing the companys property portfolio
- Oversee the financial and legal aspects of property management including rent collection processes and managing legal cases
- Support the Head of Real Estate Operations in executing the asset management and leasing strategy
- Liaise with tenants and customers to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely manner
- Utilize property management software delegate tasks effectively and review and approve work orders
- Conduct property inspections to ensure that standards are met and followed
- Coordinate with FM teams to ensure tenant fitout works are completed smoothly
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare property management and revenue budget reports
- Identify areas for improvement in accordance with budget constraints
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or related field
- A minimum of 10 years UAE experience in Property Management
- Exceptional leasing and negotiation skills
- A valid UAE driving license is a must
