Industrial Nurse Responsibilities & Duties. Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and immunizations for employees Provide first aid and emergency care as necessary Monitor and manage employee illnesses and injuries, including referral to appropriate medical specialists as needed Develop and implement health and safety programs, including ergonomics assessments, injury prevention, and health promotion initiatives Conduct training sessions for employees on health and safety topics Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees Stay current with industry developments and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards
