Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and safety audits.
Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and preventive measures.
Provide safety training and induction programs for employees.
Monitor and report on health and safety performance and compliance.
Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and training.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the company during safety audits.
