· Developing and implementing health and safety programs
· Providing emergency treatment and first aid to employees in the workplace
· Administering medications and monitoring the patient's condition
· Assisting injured employees to the nearest hospital and securing fit to work certificates
· Maintaining and evaluating employees' medical records and diagnostic tests
· Creating a clean and comfortable sickbay area
