Job Description

Marketing Head Luxury Brand Bahrain location for a Jewellery brand managing GCC market


The Omnichannel Marketing Manager will overlook all marketing activities for luxury multi brand Indian fashion retailer and its private labe.

The candidate we are looking for should ideally be from a retail background with exposure to both traditional and digital marketing. This role includes all ATL BTL and digital marketing initiatives for the brand such as PR store events Facebook & Google campaigns CRM and social media.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the overall calendar of integrated 360marketing and brand campaigns across channels digital print instore.

Oversee campaign development across all aspects: creative media content target audience schedules etc.


Campaigns should build brand awareness retain customers and encourage repeat purchase generate positive wordofmouth generate new leads promote new launches.

Work closely with the founder/ CEO and other functional heads to align with business goals.

Monitor and analyse campaign effectiveness across ATL BTL and digital (Facebook & Google) and consistently improve impact and ROI.

Design develop & implement effective and consistent media engagements across formats.

Drive consistent communication through thought narratives that build upon the exclusivity and uniqueness of the brand.

Lead social media organic strategy including content creation driving relevant metrics including follower growth among target audiences.

Identify and build a base of influencers independent persons who can drive positive brand engagement.

Engage with collaborators and brands that echo the vision of the company to increase brand impact and build influence.

Manage Customer Analytics with an aim of leveraging crosssell upsell and servicing opportunities to existing customers

Skills and Experience :

1215 years experience in lifestyle retail marketing and Brand Management

Strong understanding of messaging (customer/influencer) and positioning

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Excellent planning time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously

A handson participative leadership style that encourages creative problem solving
