Job Description
On behalf of our client we are seeking a wellexperienced Project Manager. The ideal candidate for this position will have UAEbased real estate developer experience as well as exposure to managing an endtoend development project.
As Project Manager you will be in charge of managing assigned projects and ensuring that industry standards and practices are followed in accordance with the agreedupon program.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop monitor and meet the project deadline ensuring quality procedures are followed
- Implement an efficient document control process and mitigate delays with the help of the relevant parties
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Consultants Contractor and Subcontractors
- Review Consultant and Contractor claims and update weekly project process reports according to the Project Development timeline
- Maintain regular communication with government authorities consultants contractors and associated stakeholders
- Prepare project cash flow and handle all relevant responsibilities in the project initiation phase planning and control construction and closeout phase
- Stay updated on current industry regulations and practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineer or relevant discipline
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in managing endtoend development projects (from design to handover)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
