Transactional Advisory Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transactional Advisory Specialist with at least 3 years of work experience working for one of the Big 4 firms. This role is focused on providing expert transactional advisory services specifically within the energy and power sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic transactional advisory services for clients in the energy and power sectors.
  
• Conduct financial analysis due diligence and valuation for energy and power projects.
  
• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions capital raising and other financial transactions.
  
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver comprehensive advisory solutions.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends regulations and market dynamics in the energy and power sectors.
  

Requirements

Candidates with relevant experience in these industries are encouraged to apply and we welcome applications from professionals based outside the UAE. Other requirements include:

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in transactional advisory services in one fo the big 4 firms
  
• Proven experience working on projects related to energy or power sectors is mandatory.
  
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
  
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE if not currently based there.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant professional certifications such as CFA CPA or ACCA.
  
• Master s degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Prior experience with a Big 4 firm or similar large multinational organization.
