Roles & Responsibilities Position: Civil Foreman or Engineer (Diploma) Responsibilities: Proven UAE experience. Ability to work according to the project work schedule. Overseeing the coordination of construction works and ensuring they are in accordance with priorities and plans. Inspecting construction sites frequently and ensuring that manpower and resources are adequate. Reporting the progress of construction projects to managers, supervisors, engineers, and other relevant personnel. Ensuring risk assessment/job hazard analysis is done in advance of commencement of activities and ensuring all preventive control measures are in place.
