Job Description
- Preferably with experience in Mediterranean cuisine.
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification from a recognized culinary school.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a culinary role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Exposure to all-day dining and in-room dining operations is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of culinary techniques, knife skills, and food preparation.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Effective communication skills to work cohesively with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of kitchen operations and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting the overall goals of the kitchen team. - Attention to detail in following recipes, portion control, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
- Adherence to strict hygiene and safety standards, including knowledge of HACCP principles.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about culinary arts with a commitment to delivering quality dishes.
- Eagerness to grow within the culinary field and take on additional responsibilities as skills develop.
