Bakery Chef

• Ensuring the consistency in the preparation of all food items for Buffet/a la carte menus according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Ensuring all kitchen colleagues are aware of standards & expectations
• Liaising daily with Executive Chef & Chef De Cuisine to keep open lines of communication regarding guest feedback
• Maintaining and enhancing the food products through creative menu development and presentation
• Having full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions
• Following HACCP guidelines & regulations to ensure your reports are trained & follow the same and to make effective duty rosters for the team
  

Qualifications

• Notable skills & experience in international cuisine
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment & work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a multi-national team
• Have excellent technical culinary skills
